I have this lovely little carved bakelite brooch, I was wondering if anyone knows what the GM stamp stands for? I was thinking German Made or something similar? I haven't found a specific artist with those initials from the time..
I would think it most likely refers to the metal fastening being german made yes. The majority of vintage metal findings and accessory parts I get say german made.
