Wouldn't this look great atop a travel themed circle skirt?

There are 4 metal logos:

BOAC - British Overseas Airways Corporation?

<img src=http://members.sparedollar.com/fuzzylizzie/planes3.jpg>
KLM - Royal Dutch Airlines

PAA???

SwissAir

Anyone know what the 3rd one is?

Thanks!
Lizzie

PAA???

Pan American Airlines (or Airways - earlier) ?

Neat belt Lizzie. I think this would be of interest to anyone that collects
aviation memoriabillia too.

I love it!!!

You got BOAC right - that's the previous incarnation of British Airways.

The 'freedictionary.com' has PAA under its list of acronyms as Pan American Airlines (ICAO) - I'm not sure what that means...

Might be worth contacting the air hostess uniform guy - at the very least he might have info for you on this?

Definitely Pan Am.
Check the old logo on the nose.

I have no idea what the shape represents although it probably was not a good idea that it kinda looks like a gun.

Great! A globe with wings? Who would nave thought it? Thanks Marie!

The more I look at this, the more I want to keep it. (Please do not read my comments on Sue's keeping-it-all thread;) )
