Groovy Striped Pants ~ 60s or 70s or does it really matter?

Found these groovy striped pants. They are very small - 30" waist, 35" hips, 25" inseam. Maybe they are kids?

The tag says sanforized - what exactly is that? They are not really denium but a heavy cotton of some sort. The inside of the fabric is lighter than the outside.

Any help would be just peachy.

I am sure you could just try to visualize what they are like, or I could include pictures.:D:D

they look very 70s to me. They're a fabulous item for anyone tiny enough to fit into them, they're the ideal 70s youth look.

:baguse: 25" inseam is my size if i want to pants to hit just at the ankle to wear with loafers as opposed to a boot cut. But then again, i am only 5' tall.

I am thinking that they are a juniors/teen size with a crossover to the young men's dept. maybe that size 16 ish area in the kid's dept or maybe a juniors...i don't know..3...but juniors tend to be cut taller., but don't quote me on it. I bet that they are meant to be worn slightly hip hugger, and that the person if they were a gal would really have a smaller waist like maybe a 28 or 27 but because they were worn lower, they would measure slightly larger than their regular measurement.
