Hi,
Today I purchased a Vintage Gucci dress.....need help trying to identify/date it though....
There is a Gucci made in Italy label on the back of the neck and a smaller label on the inside of the left shoulder, it's a red house with a 2 in it.....what does this mean?
any advice would be great....thank you xxx

I have checked the label resourse thank you, I was more interested in knowing about the little label with the house on it...I will upload a pic tomorrow..

I just tried to enlarge the photo that you posted, but unfortunately I could not get it any larger.

When you post the label, would you mind posting a 2nd photo sized 500 x 500 pixels.

I can't be certain because the print is hard to discern, but it reminds me of the Accornero prints from Gucci.

Vittorio Accornero de Testa - he designed for Gucci from 1960 - 1981.

I have had blouses and many scarves designed by him.
