Gucci - real or fake?

Sorry, another question! This is a nice belt, every link is stamped Made in Italy:

The lady it came from wouldn't knowingly buy a fake and I think it's genuine, but second opinions welcome. Any ideas to age also appreciated - 70s?

It might be real, but they made so many replicas in the 80s, maybe???

does it say "Gucci" as well as "made in Italy" ? I have 3 leather belts, all have both markings on the metal buckles. I don't know about the link belts, but I like

No, it isn't stamped Gucci anywhere that I can see. I think it's one of those things that I'll never know for sure about!
