H Bar C Date

I looked at the VFG label resource and did not see this label from this Wool Men's H Bar C Jacket. I guess you would call it either a barn or chore/work jacket? Is this one from the 40's or early 50's? Any history on the Ranch Mac label would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Great jacket, it's a little difficult to say whether it is late 40s or early 50s with this one and this styling of jacket but I think I would be more apt to go with the late 40s on this one.

Wow -great jacket! With that self belt across the back I'm inclined to think it's from the late 40's. I wouldn't happen to be a larger size would it? DH would look great in that.

Thanks everybody! Susan, the chest is 44". Does it matter if I call it chore, barn or work jacket? What is the difference? (Doesn't it have something to do with the number of pockets?)
