I checked the label resource but none are exactly like this label.

1970s I am pretty sure. fabric content+collar

also you may want to do a search for

"H Bar C heather" if that's the name of the style. You never know what else you might find out

I think it is 70s, too. I had a similar one that was 70s.
 
Another vote for 70's. Maybe even newer.
The give away is the bust size. A size 12 from the 40's or 50's would have a 32 bust. Fabric, too.

On my monitor it is showing up periwinkle. (unless its really baby blue)

either way, the color is pretty.

I have a polyester print disco shirt HBarC with this label.
It did squat for me, perhaps it was timing. Once they get past the western gabardine and fringe shirts, I think the collectors don't buy these. Best to aim for the disco daddies.
