Had these vintage shoes for a while

Hi, all! Elle again! Forgot about these shoes I had in my collection and needed some input about dating them! These were a gift and were discovered in an abandoned house. Provided pictures below! They are white all over. Once had a brand inside, rubbed off due to wear.

They look 1960s to be probably Mid-60s.

Not sure without handling them, but from the way the strap is clumsily attached, and the white heel being a different colour from the upper, I suspect these are newer - maybe 1980s, and probably made for dancers. They look like tap shoes.
