Thank you all for your advice on the hair. I tried to tease it but was running out of time... sadly I did not get pictures of the hair before the night wore on. The ones in this batch are about 6 hours after the fact and it was raining here all night. It had fallen quite a bit, but it looked good when I got there. I got TONS of compliments and one friend said I looked like a barbie lol.. It was a fun date night for my hubby...

Any time you mix alcohol and sailors out of uniform its bound to be outrageous!

Thank you all!! I'm not gonna lie I LOVE my corset lol.. I tightened it down 3 inches in the waist... and when I took it off I was an ince smaller in the waist than when I put it on...., Looks like I am going to take waist cinching seriuosly
 
I've sold a few dresses of that fabric before and I always thought it would look great on a gal with nice curves-and it does! You look great! Viva corsetry!
 
Lovely, Lovely! Doesn't it just figure the day you go through so much to get a great coif, it decides to go and rain! I hate that :snowball:. I adore the cascade of flowers you chose and the placement is perfect; Orchids? I think you did a lovely job and you look incredible, even after the rain! Glad you had a fantastic time!!
