Handloomed silk dress made in India?

I found a pretty silk dress today at an estate sale and I am trying to figure out when it was made and if it is vintage or not. Thanks for any help!

It is vintage. Can you maybe post some more clear pictures of the dress? It's kind of hard to see the cut. Pretty fabric!

Is the zipper up the front of the dress under the packet? Or at the side? And is that a belt in the first photo?

It zippers up the front under the placket and yes it does have a matching sash/belt.

My thought is that it is an at home or day dress from the later 50s.
