Handmade cotton blouses

Two charming blouses. Sewn at home, probably not by a master tailor;)
the one with a ruffle has all the seam allowances sewn by hand the colorful one has a hand-stitched bottom and the seam allowances are zigzag, and the buttons have a plastic base and are coated with fabric.
I am curious about your opinion regarding their dating.

Thank you very much I would say the same about the one with the ruffle. as for the floral one, I had a feeling it was from the 1940s/50s... the cut and finish... but the collar doesn't really fit...And was the zigzag stitch used in the 1940s?

I think the second one is 80’s (80’s does 50’s) because of the bold overstated print. I also agree with the earlier dating for the gingham
