Hanger material question/pant hangers

I wanted to clean up/optimize an earlier post to help get responses and narrow my question. I really want to try pant hangers of this type:

My only concern is regarding materials. In another earlier post, I discussed hanger materials with you all and settled on non-PVC plastic ones or simple varnished wood. The problem is, with this type of hanger, I only see metal or rubber-coated. I don't know that I'd trust either. I hate to burden you, but if you look on Amazon, do you see any similar pant hangers in a material you would trust?

Likewise, do you use this type and have one you like?

Thanks all!

Honestly, I don't like to use heavy hangers for anything but coats. Coats at least take up enough space that they are not encouraging you to cram more stuff in a closet or display rack. I regularly use the clip style hangers for pants and skirts. If something is heavy, very long, or I'm concerned it won't do on a dress hanger, I use those crap tubular plastic hangers, and drape over the center. I think I may have mentioned in one of your previous inquiries about the dreaded closet collapse - it has happened with display racks and in my own closet. If you are concerned clip style hangers will leave a mark, you can put fabric, paper or foam between the clip and the item. And, if you are asking to set up for a shop, remember that everything once folded will come undone!
