Has anyone heard of either Richard Allan or Serge Lepage?

I picked up two gorgeous scarves today and I can find a little bit on Richard Allan but Serge Lepage is a little bit harder. I did find that he designed for the house of Shiaparelli and that the 70's were his years but who is he? I don't find him listed in any of the designer history information...
