Has anyone heard of Morty?

This 70's cape with a Canadian ILGWU tag - but no other - is lined with a watermarked fabric of a gentleman in a double-breasted jacket and checked pants with the name Morty underneath. I tried to take a picture of the lining but I'm having trouble capturing the image.

Any thoughts?!!!

I have heard of "Marty" and "Mr Mort" but no "Morty" I am afraid!

Thanks, Chris. I double-checked and it's definately Morty and he looks very dapper and very English.
