I found this jacket/blouse in a box in the bottom of my mum’s wardrobe and wondered if anyone had heard of it? I’m assuming the second word is Wieh although it’s not clear to me. The garment appears to be a linen /silk blend and hand made. It has maybe a 1950s vibe? Thanks for any help!
