1950's. Late 50's, I think.

Love it! I think they're grapes btw, the brown is stalk and there are leaves there too so a bit a grape vine decoration. Very creative.

My immediate thought was 50's too, thinking narrow waisted summer dress, hair in an up do or short curls with this hat perched on top. :D
The hairband type construction also reminds me of that era.
