Hat No. 2 (of 4). How to describe it?

Background: The widow whose home I'm cleaning out is a 92-year-old named Annette. These hats were left to her by her aunt and I'm making a good-faith effort to sell them for her. With Hat No. 1, I learned what a bumper toque is! With this hat, again, I need help in describing it in a way that's informative, accurate and appealing. It's made of what feels like velour and I'm smart enough to know it's red. Is it unusual that there are no labels? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated!
