Have this Hattie Carnegie hat that I'm not sure how to describe the style. Is it a pixie hat? Plus not sure on era. Anyone know?

I would like to see, as suggested, the hat placed just a little more back on the head. I am not personally seeing it as a beehive shape, but it could be called that. Some buyers get a little turned off by the term beehive as it conjures up those 1960s tall hats worn over a hair sprayed beehive hair do, and that tend to look so matronly now. This is not that style. I see it more free form and sculpted. But that's me!

Will have to rephotograph! Thanks.

I think it looks good both ways, but I think the second way with the new photos is the way it was intended to sit on the head. It reminds me of a cornucopia shape too. The fruit do look like cherries, (albeit small cherries) the ones with the golden blush of color (I forget what those cherries are called).

I love that hat!

what a terrific hat, Theresa!! I would use both cherries and berries as search words, but they sure look like yellow cherries, which are Rainier cherries.
