Described at Style.com as the New New Wave, some designer's Fall collections are rockin' with a sleek but carefully curated, hard edge look. 1980s influences from the worlds of punk and hard rock are showing up on models with Siouxsie Sioux eye shadow and electric prints. Black is anything but basic. Loads of leather, black leather jackets, vinyl, studs & grommets, skinny suits & ties, peg leg pants, schoolgirl plaids, fitted blazers, big shoulder pads & puffy sleeves, tall boots & ankle boots, chunky footwear, mini skirts, animal prints in bright colors, sequins and stripes all mixed it up together on the catwalk.
