Have any of you ever seen this Echo scarf before?

Hi,
I am struggling to find any information about this Echo scarf or even if it is vintage. Have any of you ever seen this before? It's a paint your own Echo scarf with paints included. All the information is in french. Any info is appreciated!

No, I haven't seen it but it's a cute idea and judging by the packaging and especially colours I suspect it's from the '80s. There was a popular fashion for hand painting silk scarves in the late '80s too.

The little paint pots are familiar - it's only a few years ago that I bought acrylic paints that came in the same kind of plastic pots. I would say too that this is fairly modern. By the way, it says "huit ans et plus" at the top, which means "for over 8 year olds".
