The history of costume jewelry is a story that is still being written. I am proud to announce the publication of the very first article on a German company whose name had been omitted from that story, until now. Schreiber & Hiller marked their 1930s jewelry with that German patent number. They also made pieces marked "ESHA RANDEL" in the 1950s. My good friend and colleage Robin Deutsch and I have collaborated to bring this important information to the vintage jewelry community.
