Having a hard time dating with this fur tail piece

Its a dress with fur tails dangling from the attached sash. On one hand I am thinking mid 60's on the other early 70's. How the heck can I be so confused I surely must know this. Its got a metal zip. Cute little name on the label.

Oh and I had a hard time even getting the sash to show.Both sashes are sewn into the middle of each side front and back. The waist seam is low on the hips. Its a Miss Rubette Inc. Wool jersey self lined ( amazing this self lining is in very good non crumbly condition.)

I think Miss Rubette is early 60s Pauline. Fur do-dads (for lack of a better
name) seem to really help sell these LBDs.
