That looks like 'Mon Amie' which is French for my friend.

No, but I did a search for the RN number and it belongs to a company called 'fashion today inc'
Here is a link to the trademark info, which has been abandoned.Looks like it's pretty recent patent filed in 2010.

Barbara, I cannot be sure without seeing the garment etc. Just by doing a quick google search on the info from the label in the photo is how I found out what I posted. If you do a little more research on the company I'm sure you will find out more informative information. There may have been an older trademark permit issued at an earlier date. You may need to do some more poking around on the internet!

They started in 2004 and so they are not vintage. Oh well! Its still a cute dress
