Heavily beaded tunic dress, best guess at age?

Hi! I just picked up this super sweeeet vintage tunic dress that was originally purchased from an estate sale. I'm trying to place it age-wise, (I want to say 60s based on the cut and look of the label, but the neckline is throwing me.) If anyone out there could give their most educated guess (or even knows for sure) I'd be super grateful! & sorry for the lighting, it's a vibrant, iridescent royal blue.

1980s - these Made in India beaded dresses were very popular in the 80s.

Thank you! 80s was my next guess as I saw some similar ones but not with the pearl like beading. Cleared that up real quick!
