Hello. Is this a real Harry Keiser dress?

I have this dress that I've had for over 15 years - I bought it at a used clothing store in the early 90s - and I'm thinking of selling it. One the one hand, it has a tag in it that says Harry Keiser, and it looks like other Harry Keiser dresses I see, but on the other hand, the tag is very loosely sewn in (see pics) and the sewing almost looks hand sewn and hand cut. So I wonder if somebody who could see really well made an imitation dress and took the label from somewhere else and tacked it in.

Your thoughts on its authenticity and also it's value would be appreciated.
