Help a gal out Men\'s Jacket 60\'s? **warning Dutch pics**

I have had these before and they tend to span that later 60's to early 70's period.. this one seems more 60's to me.. And.. would you use two tone to describe this even though the two tones are really two materials?

I would it has that look. The Taiwan label puts it in late 60' 70's period. Its one of the best examples of those leather sweaters I have seen.

With a label like HI GEAR (wink wink...nudge nudge...)t's gotta be channeling Carnaby Street....I'm voting for 60s.

And call it 2 tone suede sweater-jac
