help! anyone have an eCrater account?

I've signed up for an eCrater store, then for google checkout. I'm stuck on the page (for eCrater) where you select all of your accepted methods of payment. Its asking me for my "Merchant ID" and "Merchant Key" for my google account and I'm not sure if thats my id and password. I think its weird they'd ask for that. Then it gives some weird instructions to enter a url into some field that I can't find.

If anyone here has an eCrater account and remembers this step I'd really love some help!
