Help authenticate Christian Dior Ankle Boots 1964

I have attached some photos of a pair of boots I came across. Any help on authenticating you could give would be greatly appreciated! The Tag inside the boot says Christian Dior Monsieur. Numbers on inside under tag: P.V.P NETO Bs: 1964. Gold CD emblem on outside of each boot. Zip closure. (OPTI) on zipper. Hecho in Venezuela on arch of sole. Heel of sole says cats Paw.

A word of caution about "1964" - although the numbers will mean something to the company that made them, it's unlikely to be a date. Could be a style number, or something to do with when or where they were made but it's an internal code.

In any case, even if they were Dior (which is impossible to tell without seeing them in person) I think they are far more modern.

Men weren't wearing side zip dress ankle boots in 1964 - these look late 70s to me but its hard to tell when they're upside down!
