Help dating 1910s or 1920s ? dress

I have several dresses that I picked up at an estate and would like your help with dating.
This dress is an ivory dress silk and has layers of flowing material. There are snaps and hook and eyes for closure. I am not sure if if is Titantic era or early 20s.

Its a little hard to tell without it being mounted correctly, but all that layering looks 1914-16 to me.
