Help dating 2 patterns

I'm looking for help dating two patterns. I've gone through all my resources, and I've still got some doubts.

First, this 1920s frock.

The last patent date on it is January 1923, so I know it was made after that. I found only one somewhat similar dress in a 1925 magazine. Is 1925 a good date for this style?

Second is this Victorian/Edwardian drawers pattern.

I found a very similar McCall pattern in a 1909 magazine, but I have a feeling that this would have had a wider date range than just 1905-1910. Am I right or did this type of drawer have a relatively short lifespan? I would really appreciate help establishing a date range on this type of drawers.

Thanks!

I agree the dress is probably 1925. The shawl collar and fullish skirt are pre 1926 features and its too short for 1924 or 1923, so that leaves 1925 on the nose.

As for the drawers. The fullish shorter drawers are middly Edwardian. Drawers are longer before about 1904 and they get quite full, acting like a half slip from about 1905 - 1910, then they begin to get quite skimpy and short after that so 1905 - 1910 would be my bet.
