Help Dating $24 Thrift Tony Lama Cowgirl Boots

Hello everyone! I just found these Tony Lama Ostrich leather boots from a thrift shop for $24 dollars. I’m going to keep them and wear them, eschew they are my size, but would love to know any guesses of what year they are, what they are called, or any information on them. I am attaching pictures of the style number of the boots which is 1361, the lowest style number I have seen yet on vintage Tony Lamas. Does this mean they are earlier, and does it allow them to be dated to a specific time? They were dirty and heavily used from what looked like horse riding and farm work, stained with dirt and oil in the bottoms. I used neatsfoot oil to darken the ostrich leather so that it would hide some of these dark stains and make it look far better, and cleaned the boots.

I *think* these are 90s but do they say anywhere where they were made? That helps too. If all fails, you can shoot Tony Lama an email and they might be able to help you better.
Yes, on the sole of the boots, very faintly, it says “made in USA”. Thank you for the help!
