Help dating a blouse that has been guesstimated at 1920s

Hi all!
I have owned this blouse for several years. I am not wonderful at knowing the materials, for example if this is organdy or organza or something else. Sheer but stiff.
It appears to be one of a kind, possibly dressmaker made or home sewn. No labels. I do not have any inside seam pictures available right now. I've been around long enough to know this is not a blouse from the 1960s to present day.
Any input here? A fashion designer who studied my photos guesstimated 1920s or thereabouts. I do not wish to misrepresent this blouse when I sell it.

I would welcome any input from the esteemed VFG experts!

It looks 1980s to me, but made in an antique style to resemble an earlier period. The puffed sleeves are wrong for the 1920s and the dropped waist is wrong for the 1905-1910 period, or the 1930s-early 1940s when puffed sleeves would have been in fashion. The first time you get that combination in fashion is the 1980s, also the button closure up the back is modern - both the style and spacing. If it were 1920s it likely would have a discreetly hidden front button closure.

I agree with Jonathan in that the silhouette is '80s - as he says, it contains style elements from different eras, and the only time you get them all together is the '80s.

The fabric looks like silk organza.

Lovely blouse and another vote for the 80s.

I had an almost identical blouse in black (but with more buttons) I used to wear with granny boots. Remember it specifically because the boys at my high school thought it was the dumbest style ever and told us trendy girls we looked like old ladies. When I wore the outfit to work, my boss dryly commented, "If a designer told women to wear piss pots on their heads, they would".
