Help dating a bracelet please?

Hi there, I'm familiar with vintage clothing, but not jewellery, so was wondering if anyone is able to help with the date of this bracelet and possibly tell me what the blue stone(?) is?

gosh, Alison, that is a great bracelet! first impression of that stone i would suggest is a type of agate; i'm sure Laura will know this!

love the settings, the links...again, first impression was 60s? but i think this may be quite a bit earlier, possibly. the stamping (from the back) reminds me of tin ceiling tile designs ~ that is REALLY lovely!
