help dating a brooch please?

I deal more with vintage clothing so don't have a clue when it comes to jewellery - Any ideas on the age of this cat brooch I have acquired please? Thanks

That's adorable, and perfect for this time of year!

Between the textured back, and the fact that the enamelled kitties appear to be Siamese, I'd say earlier 1960s.

I think you are exactly right, Carrie, and do you think it might have been one of those little pins that might have been a set or pair? So many of the little scatter pins were sets of two and many were whimsical in nature. This one is really cute!
