Help dating a Chinese silk embroidered robe

Hello! I am looking for help dating this Chinese silk embroidered robe. My suspicion is around the 1920s? It has ties at the chest. No other closures. It is lined with a white fabric, unsure what type of fabric yet. Maybe also silk. It has a stamp and a paper label/sticker with some Chinese writing and some numbers at the back of the neck. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!

It was probably made for export. Usually these types of coats have been 'westernized with silk linings and fur trims. The colours seem too bright to me for the 1920s, but perhaps not... Is there any signs this has been worn? It looks like it was purchase but never made into anything.

Thanks for the reply! It doesn’t show signs of a lot of wear to me. Just seems like it’s shows some age and signs of being poorly stored over the years. I also posted this to a group that specializes in Chinese art/ceramics and a member was able to tell me that one of the stamps inside dates it before the People’s Republic of China began, which I believe was 1949? If I read correctly. But that was just one person’s opinion so I’m not sure it is fact. If only I could read Chinese!

So gorgeous! The styles I see like this are usually older - 30s or even 20s, but I find Chinese clothing in general very hard to date!

I agree that it was likely made for the western market, but I do think it's 1920's by the length, embroidery and what I can make of the silhouette.
