Help dating a dress

Hi, no label in this dress, just a stain where it used to be stuck on the inside. 80s-90s?

While I cannot tell the dating on the dress (sorry,. the pattern reminds me very much of Marimekko and the dress has a 1970s cut to it.

I would go with 70s too. Marimekko to my knowledge never did stick-on labels, but it does have a bit of that vibe.

It looks 70s to me and with that size 42 label, most likely made in France or Italy.
