help dating a foreign maker dress

Hello everyone,

Its been awhile but I'm back with a head scratcher. I've obtained this lovely spring/summer dress but am unsure if this is 60s, 70s or 80s. The tag states what I believe is"merlo" and it has a european care/contents label. Any thought would be greatly appreciated.

With those buttons and that label, I'm going with 80s.

Pointed collar, fabric print and color all say 1970's to me.

I'm totally in agreement with 70s, and I would say maybe 1972/73 to 1975/76.

My guess would be 70s. The outer fabric (Oberstoff) is polyester, the lining (Futter) viscose - meaning rayon.
