Help Dating a Fringed Dress

Hey all!
I wanted to get some opinions on this fringed dress that I have. At first glance I thought '30s but now I'm leaning more '70s. It's done in a rayon ribbon crochet and there are no closures or tags. Any help would be much appreciated!

It would be good to see this laid flat - it appears clipped in the first photo but not in the second so I'm not sure if it has a fitted or loose silhouette.
Without the waist definition the shape looks 1920s to me - particularly that zig zag hemline. If it has shaping though I would be going later I can see 1930s in the sleeves.
The finish to the crochet reminds me of a 1930s silk top I have, I would suggest burn testing both the main dress fibre and the fringe to determine what they are made of, which could help to determine the era, and whether they are of similar age or a later marriage, as it is possible this is something that was made up much later to look like an earlier period garment, be that for fashion, costume or stage :)

Yes, I think the mannequin is distorting the silhouette too - you can see by the darker colour around the waist that it's looser there than the mannequin is allowing. If you could display flat, sans mannequin and/provide measurements, we can get a clearer idea of the shape.

The neckline doesn't look '20s or '30s to me, but more information about the silhouette, materials and construction will help.
