Help dating a heavy knit skirt

I just bought a heavy knit pencil skirt, and I think it might have been part of a set...although I'm not sure. There are absolutely no labels! The closures are not the typical Talon or YKK, and the lining has a sun hallmark print. I plan to wear this with a cream silk 80s Starington blouse and a Lilli Ann leather coat (from the London line!).:) I'm just curious if the skirt is modern or older. Pics are attached.

Yes, and, also, there are fake side pockets...it's strange. Do you have any idea what the logo is on the hook? I know Talon--I have cute pair of 70s hot pants with old Talon clasps--and YKK is pretty modern and everywhere. This one is just a crown or a flower...I couldn't even figure out the mark.

I don't know the logo on the hook, I the zipper in back points to the skirt being 1970s or newer.
