Help dating a pair of shoes

Hello, everyone! I've been lurking a bit and finally decided to make this my first post. Could give me any information on the pair of shoes shown in the front of this pic? My discovery of vintage is brand spankin' new and *any* info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks muchly!

Check the interior of the shoe towards the toes. Is there any interior stamps or logos towards the front of the foot? Sometimes additional information is found hidden and within the shoe. If you can take a photo of the bottom that would also help. Sometimes information will be closest to the heel.

Shoes like clothes can be tough. I see and wear a lot of vintage inspired styles that are relatively retro or newish.
(Can make out the 9 M) but do you see any other stamps on the other shoe. One is faint to the 9's right. I am sure some great shoe advice will come soon.

I think they look ca. 1970. The elongated, square toes and the heel height and shape point at 1967-1973.

I agree: thinking late sixties, early seventies.

Agree with late 60s. Maybe early 70s, but first thought that struck me when I saw them was more toward the late 60s.

l would say 1970-72 as my school shoes were very much like these in shape and colour......so NOT cute to me LOL
