Help dating a Pierre Cardin Label

I have had a look through the resource guide here and the forums but can't seem to find this particular label.

Can anyone see when this label is from at all?

Looks like a cute 70s clutch. It is a licensed Pierre Cardin with that signature "P".

I thought 70's myself but wasn't entirly sure and couldn't see the label else where online.
