help dating a red wool coat?

I would love any information you could give me about this coat. There are no labels. It feels like a heavy wool with a satin lining. In between the outer layer and lining is another layer of wool. I don't know if the cuffs are real fur or not. Thanks for your help!

Hi, I would say that the coat is a mid to late 1960s wool with wool based faux astrakhan fur (astrakan is called Persian lamb and other names in the US). It could be real fur, if you look closely you can tell, but from your pics I think it's more likely to be faux. You can see it's well made, with hand-sewn bound button holes.

I agree with Nicole on the dating. It might be real "Persian Lamb" as we call it here - try to get an "inside" view." Very cute coat!

When I go into the "way back" machine, I get 1960s in that 67 range.
