Help Dating a Silk Blouse

Another one for you guys! When I bought this blouse, I initially thought '20s but now I'm thinking it might be a bit later, even '40s maybe? The fabric is a sheer silk chiffon. There are no tags or markings.

Do you have a shot of it fastened at the neck? (so we can see how the collar is supposed to fall), and close ups of the embroidery and seams would help too.

I am getting a late 20s or early 30s feeling about it. I don't see it as a 40s blouse.

It looks like an embroidered '30s peasant blouse to me - the elastic at the puffed sleeves and waist has lost its stretch, but is easily replaced.

Without the elastic, my first thought was '20s but I don't think we're seeing it as it should be.

Thank you all for the responses! Here is a picture of the blouse tied at the neck and some close ups of the sleeve and embroidery. You're right Nicole, the waist does have elastic that has worn out, the sleeves are not elasticized though.
