Help dating Albert Originals Stein Blaine Shoes

Hi Everyone,

Stumbled across these shoes at a local thrift store. Haven't been able to find much on the maker...was hoping someone would have more information and be able help with dating. Thanks in advance!

I don't know the maker sorry but they are late 1960's evening shoes. The peak on the front and style of decoration are Indian influences.

Stein & Blaine was a department store in New York city which opened in 1910...I don't know when they closed.
There is still a Stein & Blaine Furrier in New York.

I think these may actually be early 60s, something about these reminds me of ballet flats I can see Audrey Hepburn wearing.
