help dating and label help with this 50s or 60s purse....'after hours'?

I can just barely make out what looks like "after...." something maybe "Hours"?....there's a little street lamp picture.
Wondering if this is 50s rather than 60s which I was originally thinking....also looking for terms to describe the closure style?

Lauren, I think it reads "after five".

I have had this style of purse before maybe even the same maker, I think they are late 50s or very early 60s.

I am sure others will come in with their opinions.

I agree with Mary Jane it says After Five and I would pitch for early 60's, like 61 or 62.

After Five - I have a bag with a similar stamp that is better readable.
