Help Dating and Label info for Rain Master designed by Lou Ritchie coat

HI Everyone,
There is no union label on this one. It seems later than 60s to me, but don't really know. I know Marielle Fleury did Rainmaster by Marielle Fleury in the 1960s....can't find any info on when/what Rain Master was after that/before that.

Rain Master was a Sport Togs brand.

I think Lou Ritchie came before Marielle Fleury. Here is an article from 1951 The Montreal Gazette:
