Help dating and pricing

I am unable to find any tags on this little two piece.
It feels like corduroy but I am not very good with materials.

There are some pearl buttons on the skirt and also on the tie

on the top.

Any info is greatly appreciated!

Hi Ambrosia, is this another children's outfit?

Printed corduroy was popular in the '70s but the teddy bear print is giving me a more modern feel. I'll go with early '90s for this one. Any labels?
