Help Dating and trim identification of 60s? Wacky Parka

Hello Everyone,
I think this is a 1960s 'home adulterated' parka. Does 60s seem right?
The trim is a sort of weird 'facing' with the psychedelic yeti fur woven through/into it. Is that what you would term 'fun fur'?
It's a 'clix' zipper.
Whoever did this did a pretty good job. I feel this piece jumped out of an episode of Banana Splits.
Any thoughts?

Well, judging by the label it can't be earlier than '68 but I'm getting more of a '70s feel for this one.
