Hi,
Your hat is pretty, looks to be fairly recent, and I do not think it is vintage. Maybe 1990s at the oldest. You could call it a picture hat if you want to, it sort of fits that style. It is not a mushroom hat. From the photos it looks to be made of parasisal straw.
I am not familiar with the term "bracket hat", that is a new one for me!
