Help dating and 'typing' Wrap around Cheongsam

Hello Everyone,
Wondering if this is technically a Cheongsam with the cross over panels? Also, was thinking 80s/90s but wondering if it's more modern. It's sized XL with 40" Bust and 34" Waist.

I can tell you that this is not a cheongsam and not just because of the wrap but because its missing most of the details of a cheongsam. Unfortunately I'm not sure what it would be considered.
